Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. We do not accept items returned without prior approval.

Damaged and Defective Items
Please check your order items upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

We regret that promotional items or gift cards are not returnable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the desired item is to return the product and purchase a new one once the return is accepted.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Despite the above policy, if the item was shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel the order or return the item within 14 days without giving any reason. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the return is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note, your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
